Requirements

Foreign investors are restricted from participating in certain types of business activities unless prior approval is granted by the Government of The Bahamas.

Once government approval is secured, the following is required in order to do business with the Public Hospitals Authority:

• Current Business license;
• Performance Bond;
• Bank Assurance; and
• Certificate of Good Standing with the National Insurance Board
