In supporting the day-to-day operations of its institutions the Public Hospitals Authority is mandated to procure goods and services at an acceptable quality at best value and in a timely manner. Supplies and services are procured through competitive tendering or a quotation process.

The Public Hospitals Authority welcomes new business ventures from all legitimate entrepreneurs and supports both a public and private partnership ideology.
